I offer an inclusive, judgment-free space where you and your partner can ask questions, explore your options, and feel supported in making the choices that are right for you.
I welcome all families, identities, relationship structures, and birth preferences.
You deserve care that honors who you are, respects your autonomy, and meets you with compassion, not assumptions.
Your birth. Your body. Your choices.
You don't need someone to tell you how your birth should go.
You need someone who can help you feel prepared for the possibilities and supported in whatever happens.
As your birth doula, I'll provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and immediately after birth.
We'll get to know each other, talk through your hopes and concerns, explore your options, and prepare for the realities of labor and birth.
We'll talk about comfort measures, your support team, your preferences, and what might help you feel grounded and confident.
I'll be there to offer hands-on comfort, encouragement, position suggestions, breathing support, information, and a steady presence throughout labor.
I'll support your partner, too, so they can feel confident knowing how to be there for you.
And if things don't go according to plan? We'll take it one moment at a time, together.
I'll stay with you through the immediate transition after birth, offering support as you meet your baby and begin those first moments of postpartum recovery.
After you're discharged and home, I'll visit you to check in, answer questions, and provide support as you settle into those early days together.
Someone is taking care of the baby. Someone should take care of you, too.
The early postpartum days can be beautiful, exhausting, confusing, joyful, lonely, overwhelming, and everything in between.
You don't need to do them alone.
Postpartum doula support is practical, emotional, and nonjudgmental care designed to help you feel a little more supported while you recover and adjust.
There is no prize for doing postpartum alone.
Pregnancy, birth, postpartum and even just life can bring up a lot more than you might expect. You don't have to figure out who you are now all on your own.
Your body changes. Your routines change. Your relationships change. Your priorities change. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you're figuring out how to be you again, or maybe how to become a version of yourself you've never been before.
→ You might feel disconnected from your body.
→ You might miss parts of your old life.
→ You might feel pressure to lose weight or get back to “normal.”
→ You might feel guilty for wanting time for yourself.
→ You might be surprised by how complicated your feelings are.
→ You might feel completely fine one day and completely overwhelmed the next.
There is room for all of it here.
This support is about navigating the physical, emotional, and identity changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum and life with more grace, self-compassion, self-respect, and trust.
This isn't about forcing yourself to love your body, love every part of parenthood (or whatever stage of life you find yourself in), or have everything figured out.
It's about giving yourself some room to be where you are. To care for the body you're in, make space for the person you're becoming, and move forward from there.
That's okay.
You don't need to figure it out before you reach out.
Let's talk about where you are, what you're hoping for, and what kind of support would actually feel helpful.
We'll figure it out together.
“During my first phone call with [Alexandra] I already knew I loved her. She has the most wonderful energy about her and TRULY LISTENS to you. I felt heard within five minutes of talking to her. I can’t say enough how much I love her and how much she’s done for me. She doesn’t push or prod, but rather guides you to explore whatever area you need help in.”
"I have truly never felt comfortable enough to be vulnerable with a coach or professional until I met Alexandra! I was hesitant to start, but she has made every step feel like a natural progression of what I need. She has been a guiding light in improving my relationship with my body and self-confidence.”
“To say that Alexandra is fully supportive of me and my journey would be an understatement. I am so grateful to Alexandra for her guidance. I could not recommend Alexandra enough. Her kindness and support are priceless."
“Alexandra was open and honest with me, to help me constantly feel seen and heard. She was always available to talk things through and give me the encouragement I needed. I am forever grateful.”
Alexandra has been my biggest cheerleader and her compassion is so calming. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable and talking about my feelings. Everything was personally tailored for my own experience. I could not recommend her expertise, her kindness, and her grace more!
"Alexandra is an incredible active listener and is so effectively articulate! Not to mention, she is such a warm, sunshine-y, empathetic soul and a joyful presence to be around. I cannot speak highly enough of Alexandra and am so incredibly grateful for her support!"
